Returns & Exchanges
At Maison Aurélia, each piece is created with precision and care. We hope every garment finds its home — but if needed, we offer a transparent return process aligned with European Union consumer law.
Right of Withdrawal — 14 Days
In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU and the Czech Civil Code §1829, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.
Eligible for Return
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Returned within 14 days of delivery
- Unworn, unwashed, undamaged
- In original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Final Sale — Not Eligible for Return
In accordance with EU law, the following are excluded from the right of withdrawal:
- Bespoke and made-to-order pieces
- Personalised or monogrammed items
- Items clearly marked “Final Sale” at checkout
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 14 days. Original shipping fees are refundable only if the return is due to a defect or our error.
Exchanges
We are happy to offer exchanges within the same return window. Exchanges are subject to availability and may incur shipping fees.
Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for the cost and risk of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked, insured service.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is defective or damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs. We will arrange a full refund or replacement at our expense.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact us at hello@maisonaurelia.eu with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs. We respond within 3 business days.
Maison Aurélia reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet the above conditions.
