Every Maison Aurélia piece is hand-finished at our atelier and carefully packaged before its journey to you. We ship worldwide with a tracked, signed-for service.

Shipping Rates

• Within the European Union: €15 flat — FREE for orders over €500
• Rest of the world: €35 flat — FREE for orders over €500

Estimated Delivery Times

• European Union: 10–18 business days
• Rest of the world: 14–21 business days

For bespoke and made-to-order pieces, please allow additional production time before dispatch. You will be notified of the expected timeline at the moment of order.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

Customs & Import Duties

For orders shipping outside the European Union (United Kingdom, United States, Switzerland, and other non-EU destinations), additional customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees may apply upon delivery. These fees are not included in our shipping rate or product price and are the responsibility of the recipient.

We recommend checking with your local customs office for accurate estimates before placing your order.

Packaging

Each piece is wrapped in tissue paper, placed in a Maison Aurélia signature box, and shipped in a discreet, protective outer carton.
