RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to love your Maison Aurélia pieces. Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Exchanges & store credit — our easiest option. Choose an exchange or store credit and we'll add a 10% bonus to your credit. Return shipping on exchanges is complimentary within Europe; from other regions it is at the customer's cost.

Refunds. Prefer a refund? Of course. Return shipping for refunds is at the customer's cost. Once we receive and inspect your return, the refund is issued to your original payment method.

Conditions. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached. Fur and made-to-order pieces are handled case by case — please contact us before returning.

If anything arrives damaged, we'll make it right at no cost — just send us a photo.
